A sheet of pre-coloured composite aluminium was cut to shape and fitted with lengths of sign-fix channel on the back. High grade vinyl was applied and the completed sign was fitted to the existing posts using 76mm clips.
A monolith sign in Anthracite Grey. High quality vinyl graphics were applied to composite aluminium panels. We folded the panels to wrap around a welded steel frame. Fitting was carried out to a strict deadline for the clients launch event.
We produced this illuminated flexiface sign for the new office of The Propery Shop in Halesowen.
A flexiface sign is made of a seamless piece of reinforced PVC which is stretched across the front of an aluminium frame. When a large illuminated sign is required it is the preferred option over rigid panel signs because it has no joins on the face. The sign was digitally printed and laquered for extra UV protection. The light box was powder coated to match.
A modern tray sign was manufactured to replace an old sign for this local scaffolding company.
High quality vinyl graphics were applied to composite aluminium panels which had been folded at the edges to make a 50mm deep tray. The polyester paint finish of these panels gives a tough, weather resistant finish.

West Midlands Fasteners asked us to produce signage incorporating their new logo.
A new 4.9m x 1.2m tray sign was made using a combination of digitally printed and cut vinyl graphics. The existing signs on the corner of the building were taken down, recycled and re-fitted. We removed the old lettering and applied graphics in the new design.
We were asked to produce the vehicle livery for a local Toyota dealership's September promotion. There were 9 cars in total. MACal 8900 Pro self adhesive vinyl was used to facilitate removal when each car is sold.
The bakery in a local market hall was given a makeover using cost effective, high quality stock photographs. Metamark high performance vinyl was digitally printed and, with the high levels of pedestrian traffic in mind, laminated with a matched satin laminate for scuff protection. The prints were applied to 3mm composite aluminium sheets. 3M's excellent VHB double sided tape was used to adhere the panels onto the stall.
We were commissioned to produce the vehicle livery for Isuzu's presence at the Royal Welsh Show.
Metamark premium self adhesive vinyl was used to brand six variants of the Isuzu Rodeo. The fitting was carried out at the dealership in Powys a few weeks prior to the event.
Replacement of an old faded sign with a new tray sign. The existing posts were sound and were utilised for cost effectiveness. A pantone colour match was acheived with the use of digital print. The image was overlaminated for extra UV and scuff protection.

The customer's own artwork was digitally printed, overlaminated and applied to a simple composite aluminium panel. Chromed stand off fixings were used to achieve a neat and modern presentation.
